Trinity Day Care (TDC) provides high quality day care for children from birth to five. In addition, TDC also provides after school care for students through Grade 5 in addition to a summer program.
Trinity House builds lives and futures for families by providing affordable housing options to low-income families and those living below the poverty level. We work with several community agencies on addressing the needs of homeless families.
Cornucopia feeds our neighbors in need and shares God’s word. We work in partnership with Northern Illinois Food Bank and are in our 35th year of service to the community.
We have an active group of seniors who participate in many social events, take trips throughout the year, support fundraisers and volunteer their time at other church functions.
Global Missions supports missionaries in India, Japan and Tanzania. Projects such as baby care kits, quilts, school kits and personal care kits are blessed and sent to Lutheran World Relief to support our neighbors in other countries. God’s work – our hands.
This community outreach committee supports several ministries to assist those in need. Some of these activities include the world-wide Crop Walk, Thanksgiving food baskets, Basic Needs bags for the homeless, Angel and Mitten Trees and supports Trinity Day Care.
Milestones Ministry recognizes the milestones in the lives of all Trinity members. The celebration of these milestones assists Trinity members in forming faith-filled Christian relationships and opportunities to pass on faith throughout generations.
Mid-Town Ministries consists of seven churches in the mid-town area of Rockford. These churches collaborate to form a cooperative ministry to service the Rockford area.
Trinity Lutheran's Youth Ministry affords our congregation's younger members many great opportunities to join their peers in wholesome gatherings and activities where kids of all ages enjoy fun outings and continuing programs while gaining insight into their spiritual self.
