Trinity Day care proudly presents Free Family Literacy Night, 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Anderson Hall at Trinity Lutheran Church Come Join Us!!! Ages 3-8. Registration is required, as space is limited. Please sign-up at Trinity Day Care by calling 815-988-5437. Parent must be present for the entire evening, Free Dinner, Story Time, Fun activities to take home! and 1 Free Book per Child.
We are now taking orders for poinsettias for the Christmas Services. Donation can be made in honor or in memory of loved ones. The cost is $10 for each plant. Place your payment in the mail or the offering plate by Sunday, November 17th.
Trinity is collecting donations to cover the cost of 120 Thanksgiving baskets for families who are in need. The cost of each basket is $23. Envelopes will be available at worship and in the church office during the week through Thanksgiving.
Stroll on State Volunteers Needed!! Saturday, November 30th 3:00-9:00 P.M We will need to fill 3 two hour shifts. Trinity is sponsoring a hot chocolate booth at the corner of Madison and Market Streets. We will be handing out candy canes with a message and a Trinity flyer with a map. To volunteer: Please call the church office (815) 963-4446 or sign up on Sunday morning.

Trinity is adopting the Minn House, a Mosaic Group Home for adults with special needs again this year. The tree will be in the sanctuary beginning on Sunday, November 24th. The tree will be decorated with paper ornaments, each one having a persons name and a gift to buy for them. The gifts need to be placed, unwrapped along with the paper ornaments, under the tree no later than Sunday, December 15th. If you prefer to donate financially toward the gifts, please place cash or check made out to "Trinity Lutheran Church" in the basket under the tree. Envelopes will be available.
Trinity is selling 2025 God's Creation wall calendars again this year. Calendars are available in Anderson Hall between Sunday services or from the church office .The cost is $10.00
